Refund policy

Returns or Exchanges

All returns must be approved prior to shipping/receiving your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if carrier reflects a DELIVERED status. 

You can request a refund within 15 days of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. 

Your item is eligible for a refund or an exchange if:

  • You’ve received a wrong item
  • The item was received damaged or broken (in this case we will need a picture of the item in the original packaging).
    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, such as your name and order number. 

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange please send us an email at evera@sierracars.com and ship your item to: 3000 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles CA 90007, United States.

To return or exchange an item, ship your product to:

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item if the correct item was shipped in your original order. 

Felix does NOT cover shipping freight for exchange requests, only incorrect or damaged goods. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, your preferred shipping carrier is liable not Felix Chevrolet.
