Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Orders after 4pm on Friday will ship the following business day. Shipping carriers are- USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. 

Felix Chevrolet is NOT responsible for orders with a DELIVERED status provided by the shipping carrier. If an order reflects delivered, but customer claims to not have received the item, the customer has to contact the shipping carrier and start the process of filing a claim not Felix Chevrolet.

Felix Chevrolet is NOT responsible for shipping delays from the carrier.
